Instead of making cards you can make post cards. You can make out four cards from single sheet of cardstock.

At least ten trading cards can be made from a single sheet of cardstock.

In place of making bigger cards you can make smaller cards from the scraps left from cutting.

2. Add some stamped images and layered images.

Envelopes and background can be easily made from the calendars, magazines, and cards.
