Circles of various sizes can be made with great ease by measuring and cutting various plastic margarine lids. They can be hung inside your cupboard just after punching a hole in each one and threading them onto a safety pin.

When you are going out shopping prepare a list of all of your pens drawn on it, your punches punched in it, your stencils lined in it, etc to make sure you don't buy duplicates.
