Craft Punching - Tips while working

Many stores will have punch workshops where they allow you to use their punches to punch out as much stuff as you want. You don't need to buy templates if you are supposed to use it in few projects as you can get that also at nearby workshop free of cost.

Circles of various sizes can be made with great ease by measuring and cutting various plastic margarine lids. They can be hung inside your cupboard just after punching a hole in each one and threading them onto a safety pin.

When you are going out shopping prepare a list of all of your pens drawn on it, your punches punched in it, your stencils lined in it, etc to make sure you don't buy duplicates.

Empty film containers can be used fort storing the small extra punched out pieces. Glue one of the punched out items onto the lid. This makes it easy to identify and quick to use to add that final touch to a card.

To store your punch-outs, use plastic snack bags, a fishing tackle accessory box, empty film containers or any method that would best suit your storage needs
