<p>Lots to clean and organize around here. My plan for the day is to do a 27 Fling Boogie in every room of the house.</p>
<p>We are actually flying in <strong>Zone 3: The Bathroom and One Extra Room (March 11-17)</strong> and todays mission is to get rid of all your empty containers in the bathroom. Which works great with my 27 fling boogies for the day.</p>
<p>My laundry room is a mess, tons of clothes are now to big on me and it looks like spring might come early.</p>
<p>When your trying to get your business found in the search engines you need to advertise and get people to link back to you.</p>

He sends me my workouts through a phone app and my personalized nutrition plan through email.</p>
<p>In the <strong>RULES</strong>, (yes there were 10 Rules). Rule number 1. Two cheat meals per week.</p>
<p>At first all I could think about was the next cheat meal, and how long could you stretch a cheat meal?  I love my Tazo Chi latte and marshmallow dream bar from Starbucks, but I also wanted ice cream, nachos, pizza, cheese, chicken wings&#8230;&#8230;.</p>
<p>Two weeks into my fitness program my grandfather passed away, my store pretty much dropped out of Google, and my daughter got sick with the Rosea virus. I used that as an excuse to make every day be one big cheat meal.</p>
<p>Then when my trainer texted me and said I was up for measurements and new photos in a week, I got serious. Having a deadline for photos seems to be a great motivation for me. But I also clarified why I&#8217;m doing this, why I want to be in fitness model shape. Every since then the cheat meal has changed for me. Now it&#8217;s do I really need to have a cheat meal? The answer is yes, so when should I do it? And what really count&#8217;s as a cheat meal?</p>
<p>I figure a cheat meal is probably about 1000 calories so that&#8217;s like 3 Tazo Chi lattes. lol Well so far this week I&#8217;ve had one Tazo Chi and I enjoyed it.</p>

<p>The last 3 weeks I&#8217;ve been doing workouts given to me by my personal trainer, that are suppose to take 45 minutes, because that is the time I said I have available. However I have never been able to get the full workout in that time. The 45 minutes are up and I still have 2-3 exercises I&#8217;m not able to complete.</p>
<p>I keep thinking my trainer is nuts this is not a 45 minute workout, it&#8217;s impossible, can&#8217;t be done. I also haven&#8217;t been a big fan of the exercises he&#8217;s chosen for me, I for sure would have pick more of the ones I like doing, which are probably the ones I&#8217;ve been doing for years.</p>
<p>This week something changed, I&#8217;ve been loving my workouts, I&#8217;m getting into the grove.</p>
<p>But guess what, my trainer is about to change up my workouts.  4 weeks it took me to get comfortable, to get in a grove and now it&#8217;s all going to change.  It reminded me that real change comes from being uncomfortable. If you&#8217;re feeling comfortable you probably not changing and you need to step it up a notch.</p>
<p>Which made me think about how people say you should only focus on changing one habit at a time. I&#8217;m going to say hog wash! &#8230;with one caveat. I think your desire for immediate change must be huge. (More on desire later)</p>
<p>In the spirit of jumping in and getting uncomfortable I&#8217;m going to focus the next 30 days on:</p>
<ul>
<li>Body Composition, leaning out &#8211; I&#8217;ve always wanted to look like a fitness model, gotta have the surperwomen body to go along with all the other superwomen characteristics <img src='http://www.envisionopportunity.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt="icon smile Jump In And Get Uncomfortable" class='wp-smiley' title="Jump In And Get Uncomfortable" /> </li>
<li>Eating &amp; drinking water like a fitness model &#8211; nutrient packed foods, can&#8217;t be superwomen with no energy, so I have to eat the right things</li>
<li>Keeping track of all finances &#8211; what is my net worth and is it going up or down</li>
<li>Cleaning up and decluttering the house and the car</li>
<li>Growing my business &#8211; increasing daily profits</li>
</ul>
<p>Really we already have our attention on most of these, we just don&#8217;t work smartly on them. We procrastinate, lose focus and forget our desires. Let&#8217;s keep each other on track to unleashing our superwomen.</p>
